Q. Nicole is the Founder and CEO of a pioneering hemp biotech company redefining wellness through the fusion of ancestral plant medicine and modern science. Having studied International Business Management at the University of Maryland, College Park, and more than 20 years of experience as a real estate professional - including overseeing $100 million+ in Class A commercial developments in Washington, D.C. - Nicole has long been known as a builder: of spaces, opportunities, and now, systems of healing.

A serial entrepreneur and modern matriarch, Nicole embodies the spirit of the underdog turned trailblazer: a woman underestimated but unstoppable. Her journey through profound personal and women’s health challenges led her to rediscover the power of plant medicine and ancestral knowledge, restoring not only her body but her purpose. That reconnection inspired her to build a brand that empowers people and pets alike to experience the restorative potential of nature’s pharmacy, without compromise.

Today, Nicole leads with a balance of grace and grit, drawing on both her global business acumen and her deep reverence for the natural world.
